Nebula started from a simple frustration: every team we knew could ship an impressive agent demo, and almost none could keep it running. Runs died halfway. Nobody could see why. A refund agent quietly issued a refund it shouldn't have.

The missing piece was never the model. It was everything around it, durability, observability, guardrails, and a way to catch regressions before they reach a customer. That is the runtime we set out to build.
